Approve building school improvement plans; Conduct
budget hearing and adopt budget; Present enrollment

Present auditor’s report; Review building academic
data; Approve Capital Improvements Plan

Approve tentative levy for the current year and set
date/time for Levy Hearing for Truth in Taxation;
Present final plans for the Board’s IASB Joint Annual
Conference; Review ESSA Designations and school
report card results

Approve school calendar for the upcoming year;
Approve fall coaches; Conduct public levy hearing and
adopt final levy for current year

next year; Approve reduction-in- force of any certified
and non-certified positions for the end of the current
school year; Approve fee schedule for next year;
Approve next year’s student handbook revisions for all
buildings

Approve re-employment of administrators for next
year; Approve winter coaches; Approve annual IHSA
and IESA memberships for next year
