| Purpose: Riverton Elementary School's Multimedia Studio is designed to provide an exceptional understanding of media literacy and other facets of tech education aligned with National Educational Technology Standards to children in grades K-4. |
Mission Statement: The mission of the RES multimedia instructional program is to encourage and assist students in seeking an understanding of and gaining an appreciation for the power or a variety of electronic and print communication, information, and entertainment systems. |

Studio Equipment: Commonly used software on the Macs includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, iSight, Photo Booth, AppleWorks, Garageband, Microsoft Office applications and Kid Pix OSX. |
Studio Time: Students attend Multimedia for 25-minute class periods every fifth school day throughout the year.
